This stylised bearing symbolises one of our rolling element applications. The term "rolling elements" covers balls, rollers and needles that ensure precise and fast rotations in various bearings. These applications can be found, for example, in the shafts of pumps, motors, medical devices, clockworks and even writing tools. The range of possible applications is diverse, but the focus is always on low-friction rotation or high-quality bearing support for components.


The final mechanical properties of the rolling elements depend heavily on our manufacturing process and the diligence of our employees. Our work begins with analysing the requirements for the future use of the rolling elements. What loads and environmental conditions must the products withstand? Are they designed as replaceable spare parts or intended for permanent integration into systems?


These are just a few examples, but they illustrate the variety of challenges we face. For this reason, we process a variety of materials such as different metals, ceramics or glass to produce rolling elements that can withstand pressures of 200 bar or even speeds of up to 300,000 rpm.


Our aim is to develop high-performance rolling elements that fulfil the individual requirements of our customers and offer reliable solutions for low-friction rotations and high-quality bearings. We attach great importance to the precision, quality and durability of our products in order to guarantee optimum performance in a wide range of applications.

To give you a better impression of our ball portfolio, we have chosen a 10 cent coin as a comparison object. The coin has a diameter of 19.75 mm and a thickness of 1.9 mm.


The diameter of our smallest balls starts at just 0.3 mm, which is only one sixth of the thickness of a 10 cent coin.


Grinding the beads to the desired size requires a number of intermediate steps, from pressing to final quality control.
This process usually takes 6-8 weeks. However, the result is of outstanding quality, so that our products can withstand pressures of up to 200 bar or even up to 300,000 rpm in a ball bearing.
